Gavin + Lori’s Spring Wedding at Hayne Barn House
It was such a delight to shoot Gavin+ Lori’s wedding on Easter Weekend as our first wedding of the season! We’re always pleased to shoot at Hayne Barn House as its such a great venue, and being recommended suppliers there, we are very familiar with it.
A spring wedding, especially at Easter, is always lovely as the daffodils are out and everyone is glad to be outside for the champagne and canapés if they possibly can be! The weather threatened rain, but held off until everyone was safely tucked up in the marquee for the wedding breakfast; so lucky! This meant we managed to get all of the essential shots done outside which is always the best option where possible.
Gavin and Lori were a joy to work with, so warm and relaxed and were willing to brave the chill and take a walk in the lovely grounds of Hayne Barn House. One of my very favourite areas in the grounds is the beautiful tree lined drive that approaches the venue.
Great suppliers made the day run very smoothly – the team at Hayne barn House were fantastic as ever, alongside Harry Kilb DJ, Peaches and Pearls Venue Styling, Fairy Dust Bakery, Anneka Ireland Videography and Touchays Catering.
